The products being handled were varied in size, but valuable; so a safe method of storage was needed.

As a new start up, this client was understanably very interested keeping costs down - which is where we came in.

In this case we had to offer new Heavy Duty Cantilever Racking, due to the lengths and weights of particular products coming in. Each arm of the cantilever racking would hold 800kg and the cantilever racks had storage levels right up to to 5 metres high, taking bundles up to 5 metres long!

We were able to save money on Pallet Storage by supplying Good Quality Used Pallet Racking, which we do for many clients, including Warehouse Safety Mesh (also called anti-collapse mesh) on the back of the Used Pallet Racking - creating a safe walkway behind the last run of racking.

Other equipment supplied was then taken from our 584 page catalogue, and heavily discounted. This included:

Heavy Duty Rivet Rack Shelving, Weighing Scales, Packing Stations, General Workbenches, Trolleys, Shelf Trucks, Plastic Picking Bins, Floor Signs and Pallet Trucks.

We designed the whole layout of the warehouse, Supplying & Installing all of the larger Storage Equipment.

The client has gone from strength to strength.
